Due to unforeseen circumstances the boys BB games at Smoky Valley scheduled for tonight have been canceled. The girls games are still going to be played at their normal times: JV girls play at 4:30 pm and girls varsity at 6:00 pm
Clint Bieberle, Lyons HS Head Baseball Coach, has requested a parent meeting for all prospective baseball player's parents on Monday, February 22nd at 6:30 pm in the LHS cafeteria. This is an informational meeting regarding the upcoming baseball season.
As a reminder, 2 family members will be allowed per player at the Lyons vs Smoky Valley BB games tonight in Lindsborg. Home teams are allowed 4 family members and visiting teams are allowed 2 family members per CKL agreement. Family members may include significant others. If there are changes to the 2 person pass list please contact the HS office.

LHS Girls Wrestling Regional
Trego Community High School is happy to be hosting the Girls Regional WrestlingTournament on Saturday, February 13, 2021. We are confident that this tournament will be an enjoyable and successful event for all involved.
Tournament Location:
The tournament will be held in the Trego Community High School Gym located at 1200 Russell Avenue. The gym is on the right along Highway 283 if coming from the north. If coming from the south follow Highway 283 and the school is just north of the football field. If coming from east or west take Exit 128 and go north.
Participating Teams:
Atwood-Rawlins County, Colby, Ellis, Goodland, Hoisington, Hoxie, Norton Community, Oakley, Phillipsburg, Plainville, Russell, Smith Center, Stockton, WaKeeney-Trego Community, Cheney, Cimarron, Holcomb, Hugoton, Kingman, Lakin,Langdon-Fairfield, Larned, Lyons, Nickerson, Norwich, Pratt, Stafford, Ulysses
Schedule:
Wrestling will begin at 12:00 pm on two mats. We will wrestle straight through taking minimal breaks to clean mats between rounds.
Concession Stand:
We will not be providing a concession stand.
Admission:
Admission to the tournament will be through the entrance on the south side of the TCHS. Trego will be emailing each school administrator KSHSAA vouchers that will need to printed and distributed to each participant. The KSHSAA has established ticket prices as follows:

As of now there are approximately 100 tickets left amongst the 10 schools for the 3-2-1A District Wrestling Tourney in Cheney. They will sell tickets at the gate, but once they reach capacity the gate will be closed.
Fans are encouraged to buy them in advance, as they would hate for someone to drive to Cheney, only to be turned away. The link to purchase online tickets was posted 3 days ago by Greg Konda.
