Attention Junior and Senior Parents: Great News!! Lyons High School will be able to have the Junior-Senior Banquet and Prom on Saturday, April 10, 2021. Prom will look a little different this year to safely hold the event during the COVID 19 Pandemic. We have been working hard to safely hold this event for our students. The following attached guidelines will be used this year: ¡¡Buenas noticias! Lyons High School podrá tener el Banquete Junior-Senior y el Baile de Graduación el sábado 10 de abril de 2021. El baile de graduación se verá un poco diferente este año para celebrar el evento de forma segura durante la Pandemia COVID 19. Hemos estado trabajando duro para celebrar este evento de forma segura para nuestros estudiantes. Este año se utilizarán las siguientes directrices:

LHS baseball is looking for our upcoming ballplayers to join us at our home games to be a bat boy. Parents need to email Coach Bieberle at cbieberle@usd405.com with the Bat Boy's name, age, parents name, phone number, street address, and kids t-shirt size. We are looking for 6 bat boys for our remaining 3 doubleheaders (one bat boy per game). Kids must by between the ages 7-12. Please submit your childs name via email before the end of the day Monday, April 5th. if we have more than 6 participants our Seniors will draw out of a hat to see who the lucky 6 bat boys will be. Our remaining home dates are: 4/16, 4/23, 5/7. Winners will be announced Wednesday, April 7. Let's Play Ball!

LHS JV Softball vs Hillsboro WHERE: Salty Archer Feild, Lyons WHEN: Thursday, April 1 TIME: 4:00 PM There will be concessions for the game.

LHS V Track Meet WHERE: Goessel DATE: Tuesday, April 6 TIME: 4:30 PM 6 Teams: Goessel, Hesston, Lyons, Little River, Central Christian, Fairfield Covid Protocols Masks are required at concessions and in the restrooms. No limit for the number of spectators, those in attendance should wear a mask when social distancing is not possible. Athletes should wear a mask when checking in for their event or addressing a meet official. Athletes should wear a mask when in high concentration areas such as around events and the start or finish line.

JV Baseball at Ellinwood scheduled for today, Tuesday, March 23 at 4:00 pm has been postponed until Monday, March 30th at 4:00 pm.

MS Tennis meeting at the HS/MS tennis courts at 5:00 pm tomorrow, March 23, 2021. Questions can be directed to Head Coach Mandy Steen at Central Elementary School.
