Every eligible employee MUST meet with an agent from Pathway Financial Solutions to complete the necessary paperwork for enrollment
OR
complete the online enrollment with the link posted below.
Sign up for IN PERSON benefit enrollment via the USD 405 website.
To sign up for an in-person appointment use this link "BENEFIT ENROLLMENT"
Find the date and time you want then click "Sign Up". Be sure to click the "SUBMIT" button.
Once you have completed your sign-up, you will receive a confirmation email from Pathway Financial Solutions. (Please look for an email from pathway@ofgfinancial.com.)

IT IS RECOMMENDED NEW EMPLOYEES SIGN UP FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE TIME SPOTS.

In-Person: Monday, August 2, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Wednesday, August 11, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
All appointments will be held in the Frisbie Education Center Board Room.
ON-LINE enrollment is also available from August 2-August 13.
