Every eligible employee MUST meet with an agent from OFG Financial Services to complete the necessary paperwork for enrollment OR complete the online enrollment.

In Person: August 7th 7:30 am—3:30 pm at Lyons High School
August 11th 7:30 am—3:30 pm at the Frisbie Education Center
