Central School’s Christmas program for third and fourth graders
will be held on Thursday, December 10, at 7:00 p.m. The program
will be held in the Lyons High School Auditorium. Students should
be in their seats in the auditorium by 6:45. The girls passing out
programs should be there by 6:20. Tonight’s program marks the 34th
year Mrs. Peak has directed a Christmas program for our elementary
school. This year’s musical is entitled, "Santa’s Holiday
Playlist”, written by John Jacobson and Roger Emerson. The musical
features elves trying to convince Santa that he needs to modernize
and get an ipod or MP3 player. Heading the cast of characters are
Wlisses Landeros as Santa and Alexis Villanueva as Mrs. Claus. The
fourth graders are actors for the story and will each have a line
to say during the program. The third graders will be the chorus. A
special thanks goes to all parents for listening to lines and
helping students memorize their part and to all the supporting
individuals who have helped to make the musical possible.
The students have been working very hard on this production and are
looking forward to the big night. After the program, a special
guest will be available to visit with children at the west doors of
the auditorium.
