2011-2012 LHS PRE-ENROLLMENT SCHEDULED

The 2011-2012 Pre-Enrollment for Lyons High School is scheduled for March 15-16 for Sophomores-Seniors during the school day.
The Freshman pre-enrollment and Parent Meeting will be held on Monday, April 4 in the evening at 7 p.m. in the Lyons High School Cafeteria. Since this will be the only opportunity to pre-enroll, it is important that the LMS 8th graders be present for this pre-enrollment date.
As we gear up for the 2011-2012 school year, there are some forms we encourage students to complete prior to the Online Enrollment. The Course Description Booklet gives students a list of courses LHS will be offering (some course offerings will be based on enrollment numbers). Hard copy worksheets with required courses have been distributed to students and we encourage students to complete these forms prior to enrollment. We encourage students to consider the Graduation Requirements based on college/vocational plans when completing the worksheets.

1. Secure or make copy of course enrollment worksheet for 2011-2012 School Year. If you misplaced your form, click on a form below. 2. Choose and add additional courses you would be interested in taking. List a MINIMUM of three alternate courses. See the Course Description Booklet and the list of Technical Education Career Pathways listing Career Pathways available at Lyons High School.
3. Bring your 4-YEAR PLAN (from Career Pipeline), WORKSHEET AND COMPUTER to your scheduled enrollment time listed below.

Tuesday, March 15 - ALL School ASSEMBLY in Auditorium – 9:10 a.m. (2nd hour)
Enroll SENIORS (3rd & 4th hours in Cafeteria) – 9:57-11:36 a.m.
Enroll JUNIORS (7th & 8th hours in Cafeteria) 1:46-2:34 p.m.
Wednesday, March 16
Enroll SOPHOMORES – (3rd & 4th hours) – 9:57-11:36 a.m.
Tuesday, March 29 - PARENT MEETING/FRESHMAN ENROLLMENT @ 7-8:30 p.m., Lyons High School Cafeteria
