School begins on Tuesday, August 23 for PK-6 and 9th Grades.
Students in 7th & 8th and 10th-12th Grades will begin on Wednesday, August 24
2011-2012 ENROLLMENT INFORMATION:
Park Elementary
Monday, August 1 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 2 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Preschool students must be 4 years old by August 31.
Central, Lyons Middle School and Lyons High School
Wednesday, August 10 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 11 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• All students should enroll at the school in which they will be attending.
• Activity calendars for the 2011-2012 school year will be available at enrollment and will provide information on various school events, policies and regulations.
• Students who are enrolling for the first time in USD 405-Lyons should bring immunization records, birth certificate, social security card, and physical (“Kan Be Healthy” or one from your Doctor).
• Preschool students who are enrolling must bring “Kan Be Healthy” physical or a physical from their doctor.
