Teresa Konda
4th Grade Teacher
I grew up on a farm about 6 miles northwest of Holyrood. I have two brothers and one sister. I went to school in Holyrood and graduated from Quivira Heights in Bushton. I attended college at Marymount College in Salina, which closed in 1989. I happened to be a member of the last graduating class. Following college graduation, I married Greg Konda and we settled in Topeka where we both taught at Scared Heart Grade School. We remained in Topeka for seven years and had our first son, Tyler. While Greg was finishing his Masters Degree in special education, we moved to Lyons. Our second son, Matthew was born in 1997. I presently teach 4th grade here at Central. |
